Success Stories

Gina began with Capable Me in 2021 with a great work ethic and commitment to her education.

 

With the help of the Capable Me Youth Support Mentors, Gina completed an 'Introduction to Business and Entrepreneurship', a 'Certificate II in Workplace Skills' and a 'Certificate III in Business and Administration'. 

Gina was offered part time employment with National Food Institute as an administrator 2-days per week.

 

Gina is continuing to build her independent living skills and enjoys the social and rec days at Capable Me.

Success Stories

When Brayden joined us he wanted to continue to build his capacity for independent living and to gain valuable employment skills to become more work ready.

 

Capable Me supported Brayden to arrange work experience with Lanterns Viet Kitchen. Brayden continued to hone his work skills by completing the 'Intro to Hospitality' and 'Travel Training' programs.

 

Brayden was offered a traineeship and is now completing his Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and working 3-days a week in the restaurant.
