Support Co-ordination

Our support coordination service is all about helping people with NDIS funding get the support and services they need to live their best lives.

We know that the NDIS can be a confusing and stressful process. That's where we come in - our team is here to guide you through the process and make sure you get the most out of your NDIS plan.

We work closely with you to figure out what you need and then use our knowledge of the NDIS system to hook you up with the right services. We're all about taking a holistic approach and making sure you get the support you need to achieve your goals.

At Capable Me, work adjacent skills are offered in addition to work-related skills, for a more holistic approach to adulthood
